| The expansion potential of the web sites is enormous once it becomes better known and can be regularly seen in the top rankings I have not had the time or the expertise to fully market them but I have already achieved over 1000 properties by offering free or greatly reduced advertising and in time it should be able to match its rivals with over 20,000 properties on the site each paying on average £100 per advert. There is also the opportunity to develop the sales register and earn commission on property sales through the site. The villas in Paphos are crrently achieveing almost 70% occupancy and we are still receiving enquiries for later this year. There is room to increase the charges and to offer additional services such as airport pick ups etc. Cyprus continues to be a very popular holiday destination and is the no 1 retirement destination in Europe with no inheritence tax and taxation standing at a mere 5%. |

| There are several well established web sites offering holiday rental advertising direct from owners. Some are extremely successful with multi milion pound turnovers. Others leave a lot to be desired. The Round the World web sites have been designed so that they become instantly recognisable by the design and layout and offer something a little different from the rest.
Although there are many rental villas in Paphos these two villas have proved to be easy to rent because they are the only two detached properties on the complex , have their own pool and can be rented individually or together so they are popular with large family groups and in particular wedding parties of which we get a lot. |
