We are pleased to offer for sale this very successful independent mortgage brokers operating entirely on the internet, drawing clients from all over the world but mostly from the UK. The sale price includes the web site. The business yields a very high profit margin.
The business has grown (and continues to grow) at a rate of approx 20% per year and now has a client base of around 1,000 customers that have taken out mortgages. The business is geared to offer these customers a re-mortgage package every two years, thus providing a rolling commission generation for the business. Due to the number of enquires from potential new clients; the business has not been able to take advantage of any ‘add on’ benefits that are available (insurance, financial services etc). These additional financial services are brokered out thus losing the business the opportunity for increased income.

• The vendor has built up a very profitable business that has now grown beyond the vendor’s resources.

• The business would be an ideal acquisition for a business with similar activities but with the added resources to continue to build the client base and take advantage of the financial services not presently offered by the vendor.

• New clients are added at a rate of 10% per year. This figure has the potential to increase dramatically with dedicated resources.

• A large proportion of business is presently being brokered out (estimated at around 50%) to third parties. This business would be available to anyone with greater resources.
