Manufacturing capabilities are low to medium volume covering CNC Machining, Fabrication, and Mechanical Assembly and include Prototype Development. Short lead times and guaranteed due lead dates by performance are achieved by using Manufacturing Cells which are selected and synchronised through Project Management.

The Company?s Engineering Department uses the latest CNC Machining Technology, incorporating CAD/CAM with importing DFX and IGES files. With conventional Milling and Turning service to support this technology and machining materials ferrous/non-ferrous and exotic alloys.

The Fabrication Department provides CNC Punching and Bending with DFX file importing facility. Sheet Metal, Light Steel and Tubular Welding Fabrications. Manufacturing capability in a wide range of materials and finished as per drawing, Plating, Anodising, Painted etc.

The client base is well spread and services a broad spectrum of sectors including: Aerospace, Medical, Electrical, Marine and Telecommunications
