Property:

Premises details:
The factory has 750 square metres capacity on a large site, with a further 100 square metres of offices. It is equipped with 10 ton and 5 ton overhead cranes.

Expansion potential:
Current production is run on a five day week basis with a normal shift operating between the hours of 08:00-17:00.

Production could be operated on a 3 shift system as the buildings have no working restriction and no further expenditure on equipment would be required.

There are considerable prospects for the company from the established client base and “new customers/markets”, being well placed for “Olympic spin off” business as the power systems in the South of England will be upgraded.

The Company spends a minimal amount each year on marketing. A bigger marketing and promotion plan would likely generate additional sales.
Competition / Market:
This Company is a recognised and approved, high quality OEM, assembler of bespoke and standard generator sets by all the engine and alternator manufacturers. This Company is one of only four world wide approved suppliers to Hong Kong Housing Authority, (who purchase up to 200 sets per year in the higher horse power ranges).
Reasons for selling:
Retirement
Trading hours:
