The commercial standard modular range units are transportable/relocateable, but are built to a sufficient standard to also be
permanently sited if required. The modular units system holds significant advantages over conventional range structures, especially in terms of uniquely being applicable to acquisition by all forms of leasing/asset financing - and generally being far easier structures with which to obtain planning permission consent - more comprehensive information relating to these subjects are detailed on the website.
