Major quality established Halal facility (contracts with major supermarkets for in-store butchery departments) is seeking a working partner / investor to enable expansion within the Midlands and North of England.

Pinder valuation £3m.

We require interested parties to complete a confidentiality undertaking and provide full details of their accountants/auditors and lawyers

References, to confirm immediate funding availability, will be required before our client is introduced.

The introduction will be via our client's solicitors.

The business is also being marketed for outright sale, it should be noted that our client’s shareholder (over 12 years practical & profitable experience in the Halal marketplace) can remain with the business, if required should an outright sale occur.

The sale will be put on hold when the investment is made. It should be stressed that there is no working capital financial pressure, other than to enable expansion which will only occur when the right package is in place.

All options are being considered.
