Competition / Market:

The deli is one of kind in the area and has no direct competition. Every effort has been made to stock varying products/brands which differentiate from possible competitors such as Tesco. There is a local Polish delicatessen, coffee shop & cafe near by which only generates more customers. Support & training:

I am looking for a commited person / couple to purchase this well loved business, and I would be looking to provide as much support, advice and assistance as required.
