Our client is part of an international group which has become the national market leader for luxury bespoke furniture. They cover a 50 mile radius within central England.
At present, there are eight showrooms within the UK, all independently owned of which this one is offered for sale. Included in the sale is the showroom, customer base and the goodwill reputation
Luxury kitchens, bedrooms Architectural planning, offices and bathrooms are all individually designed to individual customers requirements.
Average installation values are in the region of £80,000 and take approximately 8 weeks to complete.
The customer base tends to be the very top end. Customers that have used the services of our clients, tend to repeat on other parts of their homes.
The business is involved in the design with artists impressions and the installations of the materials, which are made in the UK head office manufacturing unit. Materials used are of the best quality.
About 12 to 15 installations are conducted per annum.
